Sometimes, we need some support in order grow or to get through that block. Coaching allows for a safe place to work through ideas, weaknesses, and opportunities.

Single Sessions

There are times when it's just a conversation or two with a nuetral, inquisitive, and experienced person to help get through a mental/professional block. Sessions include reasonable follow-up calls and emails.

Regular/Frequent Sessions

Many high performing leaders meet with an executive coach on a regular bases over a period of months, and even years. Having a reqular coaching session allows for us to get to know one another, and for me to better serve you by helping you opperate at your full potential.

Facilitated Workshops

Facilitated workshops provide a unique opportunity to get outside of organisational structure and think through changes, challenges, and brand new ways forward.

Design Thinking - People at the Centre of All Decisions

  • Prototype (choose ideas to work through and get feedback on)
  • Test (implement the solution, always remembering it is an iterative process)

Change is sometimes fun, occasionally dissapointing, and always worth investing in to avoid operational damage. If change is on the horizon for your orginization, consider bringing us in to work with your teams to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.

  • Taking a strengths based approach to coaching draws on the individuals skills, abilities, and natural talents to uncover the greatness of what they bring to the organization and team.

EQ-I Workplace and 360 Evaluation Tools - Emotional Intelligence

  • Level B Psychometric science based tool that is broken down (debriefed) in a way that makes sense.
  • The outcome of looking at one’s emotional intelligence is increased productivity, effectiveness, and workplace satisfaction.

High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI)

The High Potential Trait Indicator helps identify leadership potential by exploring a person’s personality traits and provides an insight into how suited they may be for a given job role or position, for example senior executive leadership. The assessment is easy, but by completing the test, you'll gain a comprehensive report into the individuals potential.
